You may wish to add your own HACCP designations to the database for future association with a recipe. User-added HACCPs will appear in blue.

    1. From the Database ribbon, select Modify
    2. Select the HACCP tab 
    3. Click New.
    4. Type a name for the folder or HACCP
    5. Select the radio button.
    6. Click OK.
