From the File menu, you can access the essentials of the program:

    • Creating a New or Opening an existing Recipe, Ingredient, Composite Ingredient, Advanced Label or Menu Label document (Use the Open from File option to open ESHA documents stored in places other than the Genesis R&D  database)
    • Quickly accessing recently opened documents
    • Printing and Saving documents
    • Exiting the program.
