Groups Tab
You may wish to add your own group to the database for future association with a recipe or ingredient. Later, the associated groups can be used to simplify searches or for organizational purposes. Plus, user-added group files or folders appear in blue.
ADD A NEW GROUP FOLDER
- From the Database ribbon, select Modify
- Select the Groups tab
- Click New.
- Type a name for the folder
- Select the radio button beside Folder.
- Click OK.
ADD A NEW GROUP
- From the Database ribbon, select Modify
- Select the Groups tab.
- Click on the folder where you would like the new group to reside.
- Click New.
- Type a name for the group.
- Select the radio button beside Group.
- Click OK.
PUBLISH A GROUP (for use with the Genesis API)
- From the Database tab on the ribbon, select the Modify button.
- Select the Groups tab.
- Select the Group you wish to Publish.
- Click the Publish button at the bottom. The icon for that Group will change, and a collection of all Published Groups will appear as a new node at the bottom of the list.
