Italicize Trans Fat: Choose this to display Trans Fat in italics type

Use the 2018 Draft Guidance for Nutrient Rounding: Check this to use the latest draft guidance for rounding the nutrients on your label.

Hide Quantitative Values: You can hide the quantitative values (although the %DV will still display) for Vitamin D, Calcium, Iron and Potassium on linear or tabular labels for small packages.

Show Insignificant Footnote: You may choose to show nutrients of insignificant value in the footnote instead of on the label.

Use Simplified Insignificant Footnote: This footnote does not display individual ingredients, but says "Not a significant source of other nutrients".

Added Sugars

Show Palatability Symbol and Statement: Show dagger symbol and text for cranberry products

Show Single Ingredient Symbol and Footnote: Show dagger symbol and footnote for single-ingredient sugar products.

Small packaging exemption: If your package can only accommodate less than 12 sq. in. of labeling space, you may use this option. It will set all type in 6-point Helvetica.

To create a bilingual label:

  • Go to Label > Edit Label.
  • Click the Format Options page.
  • Check Show Bilingual.

Leaving Show Bilingual unchecked will result in a single language label, as set by the Primary under U.S. – Language Order (General page of Label > Edit Label).
