Groups Sidebar -Recipe

Most foods and ingredients included in the ESHA database are assigned to one or more groups. You can also assign your Recipe to one or more of these groups for a variety of purposes, including organizing files, filtering searches, selecting records to export, and granting or limiting access to records.

1. 1. In the Available Groups window open a file by clicking the plus sign
   2. Check the box next to the appropriate group
   3. Click OK.
