Here is where you make additions or changes to the Recipe, including

• Choosing a profile for Reports that require comparison values
• Adding Preparation methods and Notes
• Enabling and Entering a Reference Amount for Nutrient Content Claims
• Choosing a recipe for comparison in Nutrient Content Claims
• Selecting HACCP guidelines
• Adding Attachments

To access the Recipe Edit screen, 

1. With your Recipe onscreen, click the Recipe tab
2. Click Edit Recipe on the Recipe ribbon
