Adding a Nutrient Content Claim
Add Nutrient Content Claims to the Label Display or other reports
On the Recipe ribbon click Claims.
You must set a Reference Amount for your Recipe. This will be based on the commonly eaten one-serving amount of your Recipe. You will either have already done so in Edit Recipe > Nutrient Content Claims or will be asked to do so here. Note: the reference amount must correspond to the country/regulations you are working with. In the U.S., reference amounts are collected in the RACC guidance.

You may wish to include reference amount comparisons if, for example, you’ve created a new version (say, reduced fat) of a product. You will need to have Recipes for both versions of this product to use the reference amount comparison. The program automatically determines which claims are allowable for the nutrients in your Recipe per this reference amount.
