The Multi-Column report provides a good overall nutrient data summary of the Recipe. The information is presented in several columns, depending on the nutrients you have selected to display. This report shows both the amount and the percentage of nutrient goals met if you have selected a profile to compare the recipe to. You also have the following options:

    • Format the report by selecting number of columns.
    • Choose to display or hide (by checking) per serving and per 100 g values.
    • Choose to display or hide Recommendation Values and percent of goals met.
