Creating a New Item

If you have not previously entered the TraceGains item into the Genesis database, you can easily do so from this screen.

To create a new item

1. Highlight the item in the list on the left.
2. Click on the Create Item button.
   
3. The program will create a new item in Genesis and will automatically populate it with the given nutrient information. You can see the item in Genesis if you search for it later.

If you edit this Ingredient in Genesis, any new updates form TraceGains will override edits you have made.
