My Preferences - Foodlist Entry Columns

When you create a Recipe, certain columns automatically appear in the list with their values listed. By default, these are Item Name, Quantity and Measure. You can modify this here.

Primary Columns

• • To add or remove columns, check or uncheck the box beside the desired header.

Nutrient Columns

1. 1. Click Edit. This opens the Nutrient Selection dialog box. The available nutrients are listed by category.
   2. Highlight the nutrient and select the add (double arrows pointing to the right) button. (Hold down the Ctrl key to select more than one at a time.)
   3. Click OK.

These nutrients will now appear as column headers in your Recipe.
