Creating a New Ingredient

If you cannot find the exact food item you need, or have created a new product, there may be times when you need to create your own ingredients. Ingredients can be entered from your own analysis, supplier datasheets or from, for example, a Nutrition Facts panel.

• Go to New>Ingredient from the Home ribbon (Or CTRL-SHIFT-I)
