If you cannot find the exact food item you need, or have created a new product, there may be times when you need to create your own ingredients. Ingredients can be entered from your own analysis, a supplier spec sheet or a Nutrition Facts panel.
Creating a new Ingredient
Select New>Ingredient from the Home ribbon
