Exporting one Ingredient only

You have the option of exporting this Ingredient only, as an ESHA .exlx record by following these few steps.
- Open the Ingredient
- Select the File tab.
- From the left sidebar, choose Export.
- Browse to where you want to save this record.
- Click OK.
- You can now import this record into another installation of Genesis R&D Supplements
