Ingredient Reports and Options
Viewing Ingredient Reports
To view Ingredient Reports
- Navigate to the Reports tab on the Ingredients screen
- The Ingredient Information report shows a summary of the data entered for the selected ingredient.
- The ribbon offers a variety of options for printing and viewing the report.
- Select this option to select the printer and see the standard print options.
Print Direct
- Select this option to print directly to the default printer.
Page Setup
- Select this option to specify the paper size and margins.
Scale
- Select this option to scale the report to fit a different size paper.
Zoom
- Select this option to change the sizing of the report on the screen.
Navigation
Show First Page
- Select this option to show the first page of the report on the screen.
Show Previous Page
- Select this option to show the previous page of the report on the screen.
Show Next Page
- Select this option to show the next page of the report on the screen.
Show Last Page
- Select this option to show the last page of the report on the screen.
Export
Export
- Click on this icon to see a list of formats for exporting the report. Select a format and then follow the prompts for saving the report.
Send Report
- Click on this icon to see a list of formats for saving the report. Select a format and then follow the prompts for saving.
Watermark
- Select this option to add a text or picture watermark to the report. Follow the prompts to choose the desired options.
