User-Added Fields Options

User-added fields can be added to the program through this option. User added fields can also be added as they are assigned to individual ingredients and formulas. Both methods will add the name to the User Added Field drop down menu on the Ingredient or Formula screens. This option allows further customization by offering a global display option and allowing a user added field to be used for both ingredients and formulas. This option allows user added fields to be globally edited or deleted as needed.  

Display

• Local: A local user added field is available for selection in the pull-down menu for Ingredients, Formulas, or both, as designated.
• Global: A global user added field is pre-selected and will appear in bold in the User Added Field menu for Ingredients, Formulas or both, as designated.

Field Name

• This is the name of the user added field.

Category

• Both: The user added field name will appear in the ingredient and formula user added field menus.
• Supplement Formula: The user added field name will appear in the formula user added field menu only.
• Supplement Ingredient: The user added field name will appear in the ingredient user added field menu only.
