This option lists global conversion factors that are used by the program. The program is pre-populated with common conversion factors for converting from IU to weight for Vitamin A, Vitamin D, and Vitamin E. The conversion factor for Vitamin D does not vary. The conversion factor in the program for Vitamin A is for the retinol form. The conversion factor in the program for Vitamin E is the synthetic form. You can change the default conversion factors for Vitamin A and Vitamin E by clicking on the factor and entering the new factor that you wish to use. This is a global setting and will impact the conversion from IU to weight for the Vitamin A and Vitamin E components.
