Export as Ingredient

1. Click Export
2. Select "As Ingredient"
3. Type a name in the File Name field.
4. Enter quantity and measure
5. Select a destination.
6. Click Save.

This lets you share your Recipe and it's analysis with others without revealing the individual ingredients.

Export A List of all User-Created Recipes

1. Go to File > Open > Recipe. (Or Open > Recipe from the Ribbon Bar) This opens the Select Recipe window.
2. Click Export List.
3. Choose a destination for the exported list.
4. Type the desired name of the list.
5. Click Save.
