Profile Information

  1. Enter your name. This can be your full name or your preferred user name.
  2. Enter or select your birthdate.
  3. Choose gender* and indicate if you are pregnant and nursing, when relevant.
  4. Enter your height and weight.
  5. Leave Weight Gain/Loss at 0 if you do not wish to gain or lose weight. Otherwise, enter the number of pounds you would like to gain or lose per week.
  6. Select your Activity Level. 
  7. Click Save. 

*This should reflect your current body composition, hormones and metabolism as closely as possible.
