To connect to your hosted RDP session on macOS, you’ll need to use the Microsoft Remote Desktop app. Below are the instructions on how to set up and access your session through the app.

  1. Download the Microsoft Remote Desktop on Mac App Store

  2. Once downloaded and installed, click and open the Windows App. You will see the following screen

  3. Click on the + sign to add a new Workspace

  4. Fill in workspace(or Feed) URL (https://login.eshacloud.com/RDweb/feed/webfeed.aspx). Click "Add"

    Click “Add”

  5. Add your Esha Cloud account credentials

  6. Double click on your new Remote Resource to log into the hosted environment.
    Note: You will have remote resources corresponding to the programs you have subscriptions for (IE: Genesis R&D Foods, ESHA Port etc) and a File Explorer for Accessing Files
