Ports 443 must be opened to the following IPs:
  • Hosted Environment Networks:
    • 13.90.151.7
    • 40.76.221.141
    • 13.90.150.117
    • 52.179.126.91

You also will want to whitelist the following site: https://eshacloud.com


If you are still encountering errors connecting to Remote Desktop Gateway:

Create a  Registry key to change how Remote Desktop connects to Remote Desktop Gateway:
*Please note that you may need Administrator privileges to edit the registry.

Please download and install the following Registry key:

RDGClientTransport.reg

Or refer to the following instructions to add the registry key manually

  • Click Start-search or type - regedit The registry editor will display
  • Navigate to:
    • HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Terminal Server Client
  • Right click
    • Select New
    • Select DWORD (32-bit) Value
    • Name this RDGClientTransport 
  • Right click this new key (RDGClientTransport)
    • select Modify
    • Add "1" to the Value Data field.
    • The registry key has been successfully created.
