System Requirements

The following is a list of the minimum system requirements for each supported operating system. For further information, refer to Microsoft's page on Remote Desktop clients.

Windows OS

CPU: 2Ghz or faster processor

RAM: 2GB or higher

Space: 100 MB

Operating System: Windows 8.1 or higher, Windows Server 2012 or higher

ISP Service / Bandwidth: Connectivity to an Internet Service Provider (ISP) at a minimum of 300kbps

RDP Client Version: 8.0

Video: DirectX 9 with WDDM 1.0 driver.

Minimum Window size / resolution: MinWidth = 1366, MinHeight = 768

Mac OS X

CPU: 1Ghz or faster processor

Processor: 64-bit

Operating System: Mac OS 10.14 or later

Space: 55 MB

ISP Service: Connectivity to an Internet Service Provider (ISP) at a minimum of 300kbps

iOS

Operating System: iOS 14.0 or later.

Available Memory: At least 14MB

Space: 93 MB

ISP Service: Connectivity to an Internet Service Provider (ISP) at a minimum of 300kbps

Android

Operating System: 9.0 and up

Available Memory: At least 5MB

Space: 31 MB

ISP Service: Connectivity to an Internet Service Provider (ISP) at a minimum of 300kbps

Note: The RDP connection is based on Public Internet access to a Class A Data Center. Consequently, any connection to the Public Internet, whether DSL, Cable modem, Frame, or Dial-up, all work. The forms of internet access not currently support are satellite, and Dial-On-Demand ISDN, due to their variability in connection.
