From the Home ribbon access these File group options:

• New (Ingredient, Composite Ingredient, Recipe, Food Menu, Advanced Label)
• Open (Ingredient, Composite Ingredient, Recipe, Food Menu, Advanced Label)
• Close (when a record is open)
• Save, Save to PDF, Save to EXL (when a record is open)
• Print, Print Preview (when a record is open)

and the Preferences options:

• My Preferences
• Nutrients to View
• About (You can find your customer number, serial code, activation status, database connection and other useful product information on this screen)

and the eLearning Center, which houses webinars, ebooks, tutorials, cheat sheets and other instructional documents.
