Ingredient Reports Tab

This report shows the summary of the data entered for the open Ingredient.

Format

Using …

When you open this report, you can select the format of this report based on:

  • Your saved Global report template

  • Your saved report template for this particular Ingredient

  • The default ESHA template

  • How the report looked the last time you had the Ingredient report open

Note: The saved templates are only available if you have previously used the Save Report State option. If this is the first time you have opened a report, the layout and format will use the default ESHA template.

Save Report State

If you make any font, header, precision, or other section modifications, you can save that layout and formatting as a template, either Global (which can be used for all subsequent Ingredient’s reports) or for this Ingredient only.

  1. Click the link to open Save Report State

  2. Choose one of the options:

  • Save Global. These settings will be saved for this and all subsequent Ingredient reports. You can choose to view reports with this layout by choosing “Using the global report template” from the report format options.

  • Save for [the open ingredient]. These settings will only be applied to this report for this Ingredient. You will be able to apply the saved state to this report at any time.

Print and Export the Report

Print

  1. Click Print. This opens a standard print dialog.

  2. Choose your printer.

  3. Click Print.

Export to Vector PDF

  1. Click Export as Vector PDF

  2. Navigate to where you want to save the file

  3. Click Save. You will be able to open this in any vector-editing software (Illustrator, etc.)

Note: The above are found on the Report tab and are for the Report only. The export and print options shown here are for the full Ingredient:

Orientation

  • Click to toggle between Landscape and Portrait

Decimal Precision

  • Enter displayed value precision by specifying the number of places behind the decimal point.

Cost Precision

  • Enter displayed cost precision by specifying the number of places behind the decimal point.

Font Family

  • Select from the fonts available in the program.
