EXL or XML data can be imported to and exported from Food Processor for sharing information between Trustwell programs. 

  1. Go to Database on the Menu bar.
  2. Select Import.
  3. Browse to find the desired .EXL or .XML file.
  4. Click Open.
  5. Choose to either import the entire file or specified item types.
  6. Select matching item options.
  7. Click OK. The Import Summary will give you a quick look at the success of the import process.
  8. Click OK.
