From the File menu, you can access the essentials of the program:

    • Creating a New or Opening an existing Person, Recipe, Ingredient or Menu Plan document (Use the Open from File option to open ESHA documents stored in places other than the Food Processor database)
    • Quickly accessing recently opened documents
    • Printing documents
    • Exiting the program.
