The FNDDS (Food and Nutrient Database for Dietary Studies) database

The 23,800 foods have been added to the Food Processor database, putting the database total to more than 100,000 items. This is a USDA database (which means you can search by government code) that includes foods commonly consumed by Americans.  For more information on the FNDDS, click here.

New Menu Plan Reports

Per user request, new reports have been added to the Menu Plan module. They are similar to the existing reports but account for whole cycles instead of individual days. The Spreadsheet and Single Nutrient reports show the breakdown for each food, collection, meal, day and cycle. The other reports (Multi-Column, Bar Graph and Fats & Calories) display nutrient averages.

In the Spreadsheet shown here, you can see nutrient values for individual foods, and the adjusted averages for meals, days and the entire cycle.

Copy/Paste Between Person Records

You are now able to copy and paste days, meals or food items from one Person's diet recall to another Person's diet recall.
