Password Changes

When your account is created, you will receive an email with your username and password which you can use to login, if you forget your password or missed the 72 hour window for account creation please contact Technical Support (support@trustwell.com) to get a new one generated for you.

When logged in you can change your password to a password of your choice by using the Key Combination CTRL-ALT-END and following the prompts to change the password.

Passwords are required to be change after 365 days.

Too many failed password attempts will lock you out of the login for 15 minutes.

Password Requirements:

• At least 8 characters in length
• Does not contain your account or full name
• Contains at least three of the following four character groups:
  • English uppercase letter (A-Z)
  • English lowercase letter (a-z)
  • Numeral (0-9)
  • Non-alphanumeric characters (such as !, $, #, %)

Note: You will need to update any saved credentials (Password Keeper, Keychain etc) to the new password.
