If you know the actual ratios for your Recipe, perhaps from lab analysis of your product, you can use the "Manual Update" option to override the calculated valuesThe ratios are presented in amino acid mg / protein g.

The Ideal Ratio is based on the “Report of the Joint FAO/WHO Expert Consultation on Protein Quality Evaluation" as outlined in the CFR.
