Offline Activation

If the computer you are installing to cannot access the internet to activate, you can perform an Offline Activation.

1. Start the installation as above in "Running the Installer".
2. When you reach the license validation page, click "Offline Activation"
   
3. On the Offline Activation page, you will see a textbox filled with your unique "Machine key". Copy and send this Machine key to support@esha.com and we will generate an activation for this machine.
   
4. When you receive the license text, copy and paste it into the "License Text" textbox, and you will be able to continue after activation.
   

Running the Program the First Time after Offline Activation

When you launch your program for the first time after selecting "Offline Activation", you will have to re-enter your serial code to activate it.

1. Click the enter license code link.
   
2. Enter the license code in the space provided and wait for the green check mark.
3. At this point, click New to begin using your Genesis Supplements program.
4. You can return to the Account page at any time by clicking Account in the menu.
