If you have not previously entered the TraceGains item into the Genesis database, you can easily do so from this screen.

To create a new item

  1. Click on the Create Item button.
  2. The program will create a new item in Genesis and will automatically populate it with the given nutrient information. You can see the item in Genesis if you search for it later.
