Printing the Label

    1. With the Label window displayed, go to the Home ribbon.
    2. Click Print
    3. A Print dialog window will open prompting you to select a printer. From this window, you can adjust printer settings by clicking Properties.

Note: The Print Preview option will let you see how the printed report will look.

Another Note: Printer settings depend on your printer. Please see your printer documentation for more information.

Print the Label as a vector image

With Genesis R&D, you can print the Label as a vector image by using the included pdf creator. Your vector Label can be opened in Adobe Illustrator or Acrobat Reader.

    1. Right-click on the Label
    2. Choose Print to Vector
    3. Select Nova PDF as the printer
    4. Click OK. Your Label can now be opened and edited like any other vector image.

A Label can be exported as an image file for modification in other programs. When exporting, select To File to save the Label for use laterĀ  (importing into a document, opening in a graphics program, etc.), and select To Clipboard to immediately paste it into a word processing document (MS Word, etc).Exporting the Label

    1. On the Label ribbon, click Export
    2. Select As Image>To File
    3. Browse to choose where to save the file.
    4. Click OK.

Export a Label as Text to the Clipboard

    1. On the Label ribbon, click Export
    2. Select As Text>To Clipboard.
    3. Open a document in another program.
    4. Go to Edit>Paste in that program.

Export a Label as an Image to File

    1. On the Label ribbon, click Export
    2. Select As Image>To File.
    3. Browse to choose where to save the file.
    4. Select File type.
    5. Click OK.

Export a Label as an Image to the Clipboard

    1. On the Label ribbon, click Export
    2. Select As Image>To Clipboard.
    3. Open a document in another program.
    4. Go to Edit>Paste in that program.
