Viewing Formula Reports

To view Formula Reports

  1. Navigate to the Reports tab on the Formula screen
  2. The Formula Information report displays by default and shows a summary of the information entered for the selected formula. 
  3. The Label Report option provides a pull-down menu of the labels and label templates that can be printed for the selected formula. Select a label to view the Label Report.
  4. The ribbon offers a variety of options for printing and viewing the reports.

Print

Print

Select this option to select the printer and see the standard print options.

Print Direct

Select this option to print directly to the default printer.

Page Setup

Select this option to specify the paper size and margins.

Scale

Select this option to scale the report to fit a different size paper.

Zoom

Select this option to change the sizing of the report on the screen.

Navigation

Show First Page

Select this option to show the first page of the report on the screen.

Show Previous Page

Select this option to show the previous page of the report on the screen.

Show Next Page

Select this option to show the next page of the report on the screen.

Show Last Page

Select this option to show the last page of the report on the screen.

Export

Export

Click on this icon to see a list of formats for exporting the report. Select a format and then follow the prompts for saving the report.

Send Report

Click on this icon to see a list of formats for saving the report. Select a format and then follow the prompts for saving.

Watermark

  • Select this option to add a text or picture watermark to the report. Follow the prompts to choose the desired options.
