When you first use the programchoose Selected Fields, there will be a default minimal list of fields for exporting by default. However, you can Edit (button) this list to include the fields you wish as part of the export. 

A final list, after editing, might look like this:

Note the Fields List drop-down in the upper left which allows you to filter the actual fields you may wish to include.

    • Ingredient: includes codes, names, keys, weight, cost, etc.

    • Nutrients
fields include
    • : includes all available nutrients.

    • Allergens
fields You can edit the list of export fields here.
    • : includes any allergens associated with the document you're exporting.

    • Attributes: includes Bioengineered, as well as any Attributes you may have added to the database.

To include the field(s) in your export:

  1. In the left (Fields List) pane, Doubledouble-click on the item to add it to the the Selected Fields.  Or Highlight it and click the Add button.
  2. Use your mouse to arrange items in the right pane by dragging them up and down (Selected Fields), or highlight it on the Selected Fields list and use the Move Up or Move Down buttons to rearrange.
  3. Click OK. You'll see a summary screen of the fields included.
  4. These fields will now be included in your export once the export is executed.
