Use unrounded values to determine %DV

Check Use unrounded values to determine %DV to tell the program to use the unrounded nutrient values, rather than the label rounded values, to determine the %Daily Value for the label nutrients.

Calories

  • Choose Total of all ingredients to tell the program to add the calories values of the individual ingredients to determine the recipe calorie amount.

  • Choose 4-4-9-7 to tell the program to use the calorie equivalents for carbs, protein, fat and alcohol to determine the recipe calorie amount. This will be disabled if any of the protein, carbs or fat values are null.

Note: Because the alcohol value will only be populated for a small number of foods, the option will still be enabled for a null alcohol value.

Cholesterol

  • Choose When amount is between 2 mg and 5 mg, display as “<5 mg” to show that on your label instead of the exact mg amount

Total Carbohydrates

  • Choose When amount is between 2 mg and 5 mg, display as “<5 mg” to show that on your label instead of the exact mg amount

Dietary Fiber

  • Choose When amount is less than 1 g, display as “<1 g” to show that on your label instead of the exact g amount

Total Sugars
