Editing Days

Your options here include:

• • Selecting which Day to view
  • Adding a Day
  • Modifying a Day
  • Deleting a Day

These options are found in the expanded menu. 

To modify or delete a day, that day must be on screen.

Adding a day

1. 1. Select Add Day.
   2. Create a Menu Plan for this new Day. Repeat as necessary. Later, you can use your Days to create a Cycle. 

Modifying a day

1. 1. Select Modify Day.
   2. Change the name of the Day here.
