The Voluntary Nutrients Menu is accessed on the Label page in the Label Creation section:
Display a Voluntary Nutrient on the label
Voluntary nutrients are not required on a label unless you are also making a claim about that nutrient somewhere on your food items' packaging. You may, however, choose to display a voluntary nutrient for marketing or other purposes.
To display a Voluntary Nutrient on your Label
Navigate to the Label Creation section
Expand the Voluntary Nutrients menu
Click the view/hide (eye) icon.
Use unrounded values to determine %DV
Check Use unrounded values to determine %DV to tell the program to use the unrounded nutrient values, rather than the label rounded values, to determine the %Daily Value for the label nutrients.
Soluble Fiber
Genesis Foods will use established label rounding rules to display the nutrients. You may, however, choose to display “<1” on your label instead.

Folate
If you choose to show Folate on the Label and if any of the total folate comes from folic acid, that amount of folic acid must be shown in mcg in parentheses.
