This screen is where you:

  1. Enter your activities
  2. Review previous activities

When you first access this page, the Log Date will show the current day's date. Use the arrows to navigate to other days. If you click inside the Log Date box, you will see options:

  • Use the up and down arrows to toggle between months. 
  • Use the large down arrow to open up a calendar and navigate from there

    You can enter activities for up to one week (7 days) at a time.

    • Click on the buttons to navigate through the days.

    Searching for and entering an activity

    1. Type a word or partial word into the box and click Find. 
      1. Use these Search Tips to help you find the exact exercise you're looking for.
    2. Select the closest match from the returned list of activities:
    3. Click the exercise's link to see the MET for that exercise.
    4. Click Add to add the exercise to your list of Activities. 
    5. Continue in the same manner until you have entered all the exercises you did for that day.

    You will see a total calories burned amount that accounts for the Sedentary Activities of Daily Living plus the calories burned through exercise.

    Meals, Amounts, Units

    When you first add a food, a common amount (1 each, 1 slice, 1 cup, 1 medium, etc.) an activity, 30 minutes is assumed. You can change this by entering a different amount and select an available unit from the Unit menu.If you wish to add a food to a particular meal, select that meal from the Meal menu. If not, select the blanklength of time.

    Delete

    To delete a foodan activity, check the Delete box and click Save.

    Recent Foods

    This is every food you have entered in the last week.
