Options>Components

This option lists the user-added nutrients or components that have been added to the program, either via this screen or when you create an Ingredient.

Add a component from the Options dialog

1. Go to Options>Components
2. Click Add (or right-click on the screen and select Add)
3. Type in the name of the component

Add a component from the Ingredient screen

1. Open or create an Ingredient
2. in the Search for box type the full name of the component you wish to add
3. Select the appropriate quantity and unit

Edit a component name

1. Go to Options>Components
2. Right-click on the component
3. Select Edit
4. Type in the new name of the component

Note: Components cannot be deleted
